LEGISLATION TO HELP FLINT FAMILIES
Senators Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) and Gary Peters (D-MI) will be joined by Senators Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Bob Casey (D-PA), Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI), Al Franken (D-MN), and Cory Booker (D-NJ) to announce an amendment to the Energy Policy and Modernization Act that will help families in Flint, Michigan who have been exposed to lead poising through contaminated drinking water.
